From Smartphones to Iphones and more! We invite you to participate in our “On the Phone!”photo project. Bring the three best photos you have taken with your cell phone. The theme for the project is open. This live project is open to both members and nonmembers, and there is no fee to participate. This project continues through May 2018, so welcome to Round 1 this Tuesday, October 10, following our regular monthly competition. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at 346 W 23rd St., Manhattan. If the door is not open, ring the bell when you arrive.

To participate in the project, you must register by emailing us at photoclubppa@gmail.com Please put “photo project round one” in the subject line of your email.

You may bring the photos right on your cell phone.  Please have a title for each of your 3 photos. For prints: bring them with you. They do not have to be matted.  Best sizes for presentation are 8 X 10 or 11 X 14. Other sizes are also ok. Number each print. Put your name and the title on the back. For digital images on a flash drive: resize to 1024 pixels wide X 768 pixels high. High resolution 200 to 300 dpi. Number each image and include the title. 

Several of the images throughout the project will be selected to be for displayed in our newsletter and on our website. You should have digitized copies of your photos if they are selected to be displayed.
You will receive a certificate if any of your images are selected to be displayed on our website exhibit for the competition. See you Tuesday!
